We ask you to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and also to comply with the rules of our condominium.
-smoking is prohibited indoors, use the balcony or designated smoking areas on the common area. Don't throw cigarette butts from the balcony
-do not hang laundry on balcony railings
-do not leave garbage in the corridor and on the territory of the complex, for this there are special garbage bins located in the parking lot of cars and motorcycles
-keep your personal belongings and shoes in the apartment, they may interfere with the cleaning of the premises by the complex staff
-do not flush or throw garbage into the toilet, this may cause blockages
-please do not cook food with a strong smell. Also, do not eat durian indoors.
-please do not make noise from 9pm to 9am
-no pets allowed
-drinking alcoholic beverages on the common area is prohibited
-swimming in the pool is allowed until 7pm (the water is chlorinated)
-please use liquid detergent for washing machine. For cleaning use vacuum cleaner and bucket with mop
Please contact us with any questions from 10am to 6pm
In case of any emergency, please contact the reception, the complex staff works 24/7
If for any reason something in the apartment has been damaged, please let us know.

The Title Residencies area map
On the territory of the complex you can use free of charge:
-parking for cars and motorcycles (for motorcycles, there are separate parking lots, please do not take up space for cars)
-two hammam saunas behind building F and on the ship by the large pool (if the sauna is closed or turned off, you must contact the reception in building D)
-6 swimming pools located near each building, including a rooftop pool in building D (to access the rooftop pool, please contact the manager at the reception in building D)
-showers and washbasins throughout the complex
-fitness room, located on the left side of the reception in building D (for access to the fitness room , you need to take the key from the manager at the reception in building D, in exchange for leaving the key of your apartment)
